Here's an example;
Purchase or Leases
Buy or lease a property (residential or commercial) and we make it part of the contract that our fee is discounted by 50% (1/2) and entered in your favor on the balance sheet in order to make the transaction proceed. You get to use the money as part of your required cash in the closing/leasing process.
Example: You purchase a home or lease a commercial property through our firm and the price or lease (annual) is $200,000.00.
In a typical transaction, we would receive a $6,000.00 commission as a cooperating broker who brought a buyer to the seller. Now, we reduce our commission by 50% ($3,000) as a contract contingency to be returned to the buyer or tenant.
Now everybody wins. The seller, the listing broker, the listing agent, and most importantly you.
We still make money for our services, we just help more people have the extra money they need to get into a home or property.
Here is one example of savings a buyer can expect from this process if the sales commission is 6% (the vast majority of sales commissions are 6% by the way) and we will usually receive 3%;
